ReplyDeleteI mostly agreed with what you thought.Since we 're in the real estate business long time, 99% of buyers always follow the major trend to buy or to sell. However, in a negative market always has positive or juicy products. Why don't those buyer do more comparable and calcultaion and should find some good product especially in a unsteady market. As a buyer they got more choice and more room for price negotiation. If we all know the market is down to the bottom now. So, all sellers will know how to counter their offer or even wait for a while to sell more money in a coming better market. As a result, now is the best time to make purchase not wait till bottom price came. Its hard know about it.
